#6 Jonah: Experiencing The LORD’s Grace While Growing Up - Part 2

Jonah 4:1-11

~Is there a rift in my heart between what God wants and what I want?

~What causes the Lord sorrow or anger that does not burden my heart?

~What causes the greatest anger and disappointment in my life?

~What excites the Lord that is leaving me unmoved?

I.  Anger and disappointment can set in when God follows His blueprint and not our blueprint.

~Are people being wronged or injured?

~Is God’s Name, His will, or His word being dishonored?

II.  The people who give grace the best are the ones who truly know the LORD and themselves.

III.  Rejoicing with those who rejoice and weeping with those who weep is a sign of waling with God in His grace.

Romans 12:15 - "Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep."

IV. Genuine enjoyment of God and His grace leads us to do something about the Spiritual condition and welfare of others.
